DLI’s SkyFiber® product line is a series of Secure Wireless Light Communication devices that transmit light through the air as compared to fiber optic cable systems, which transmit light through glass strands in a cable. The SkyFiber® products consist of two passive optical antennas, one on each end of the link. Each antenna is connected by a patented power-over-fiber cable to the SkyFiber® indoor unit that contains the transceiver electronics. The SkyFiber® indoor unit is then connected to the end user network.
